The office ladies are very welcoming easy to talk to. Roz is the one I work with mostly. Fact she was the one that took my account when I transferred from security finance.I like being able to use the auto pay so I don't accidentally forget to make a payment which could happen.I like being paperless,having things come to my email so that way I'm sure not to miss anything.When I had to change my card number I went to the office and took about 15 minutes, and then we also reset my auto pay at the same time. Very easy done.I give World Finance five stars!
Rose is amazing!! I had to take my crazy 2 yr old who ran all around the place until I was done. She was patient and very kind. Esme came a little later but she was awesome and kind to my crazy boy too. 2 thumbs way up!!
