This place is horrible it’s supposed to be a walk in clinic, the only thing you can do when you walk in is make an appointment, and the provider, is horrible too, my health is going down the tube, because of uncaring providers

Appointment at 8 AM. "come 15 minutes early" they said, but no one was there and the doors didn't open until 8:15 AM. And the doctor didn't arrive until 9:15. They don't answer the phone. Two days later I get a computer phone call that I did not attend my appointment. Not happy at all.

Too make a long story short I currently moved from NY to NM. The day after I arrived I made an appointment with silver health because I previously lived here for four years and have no problem. I suffer from chronic anxiety and knew it was imperative that I see a qualified "doctor" asap. I saw Marina Ledowtowsky and she seemed nice enough even though I had to ask her multiple times to repeat herself due to her thick accent. I'm not blessed with the Spanish language.I made it abundantly clear I need my anxiety meds and the repercussions could be a disater. She "understood" yet sent prescriptions to my old pharmacys in NY. Never got them. Ran out of room. Stay away!!!!!!
