Theresa's is an absolute GEM!!! We stayed a month and enjoyed beautiful views, close proximity to town and to the Jemez Mtns, and most of all enjoyed our time getting to know Theresa. She is so kind and considerate, looking out for all her guests. Please stop by and support this great local business.
Definitely a little gem in the rough! Great views and Theresa was the sweetest! We debated on passing through as we still felt like driving but I'm glad we stopped and got to visit with Theresa! It $40 cash or check we had 50 amp and no issues with water. Inwas able to turn around just fine and easily back in as we are the only ones here
Theresa's RV Park is very small but very accommodating. Mostly long term but our site for 2 nights was an easy pull thru with full hookups. Electric box was brand new and everything worked perfectly. The highlight of the stay was Theresa herself! You won't find a more perfect host anywhere! Hope we get back to see her again in the future. She definitely made our list of wonderful travel memories ❤️
As for location - the park is right on the edge of town so very easy access to everything.
