Zips is always convenient, but today the team member who started my wash was extra helpful and friendly. I appreciated that he reminded me about the app and rewards, because I forget about it and never log in to see what I've earned.

Pablo was super helpful with assisting me in choosing the proper car wash. Once I had went through the wash there was a spot that didn’t come clean. I showed Josh and he was very professional about the feedback and had me go through the wash again. Pablo asked why I was dissatisfied and asked where he needed to improve. I told him what happened and he made sure to address the issue perfectly. Def recommend. The crew is def an asset to the company.

I wanna thank Pedro for actually spraying down my vehicle before entering the car wash! There have been several occasions where workers put half effort into making sure the car is taken care of before going in. Pedro took his time and made sure to pay attention to detail!
