Quality of the car wash has slowly diminished over the last several months. I pay for the unlimited package and post $30 or so a month just for half the water sources working and less than half of the vacuums working. My scanning card didn’t work and it run the young attendant while to come and help. He was polite just slow then the young man at the entrance sprayed my car in the front, scrubbed half my window, started the machine and left. I got the monthly plan because I liked the customer service, the wash was good and great vacuums. Unfortunately that’s not the case anymore.
When Emily(I'm hoping I'm spelling that right) is at the begging of the wash tunnel she always takes her time to get the bug guts off my bumpers and is very detailed oriented and genuinely seems happy to serve and I appreciate her so much she's amazing!!!!!
Every one does a great job at this car wash, Ive had a great experience overall with the staff, except for one employee who does a half-ass job. He doesnt like to clean the rear bumper or window, he does minimal brushing in the front. I asked him to do it, and he refused. He wouldn't give me his name, and was very combative when I asked for him to clean the rear, and he caused a scene in the tunnel. He is lazy and doesn't like to work. I don't know he's name, but he is a very large oversized male, brown hair, glasses, and looks sloppy in his uniform. I reported him to his supervisor who was very kind and understanding. This car wash is great, and they don't need slackers… read full review
