When Emily(I'm hoping I'm spelling that right) is at the begging of the wash tunnel she always takes her time to get the bug guts off my bumpers and is very detailed oriented and genuinely seems happy to serve and I appreciate her so much she's amazing!!!!!
Every one does a great job at this car wash, Ive had a great experience overall with the staff, except for one employee who does a half-ass job. He doesnt like to clean the rear bumper or window, he does minimal brushing in the front. I asked him to do it, and he refused. He wouldn't give me his name, and was very combative when I asked for him to clean the rear, and he caused a scene in the tunnel. He is lazy and doesn't like to work. I don't know he's name, but he is a very large oversized male, brown hair, glasses, and looks sloppy in his uniform. I reported him to his supervisor who was very kind and understanding. Wow, I'm extremely impressed how great this car wash cleans. I have been with A Key for years and they don't clean as good as Zips. I'm glad I switched to Zips plus you can use Zips in other locations. A KEY doesn't have that. I was annoyed with A Key setup. The line is always long and its crowded. I don't have to deal with that nonsense anymore.
