Although I was not told to come the following day I still came in a few days later. I’d hate to go to another place knowing the great work on eyebrows both Joe and Lynn do for me. I can say that I have been treated exceptionally great today out of all times. I’ve referred so many people here due to the service and kindness. Although I do understand every day is not a great day and some of us have our ups and downs we should still strive for a great day and great service every day. The nails are always beautiful, and the staff is amazing! Mr. Long consistently does a fantastic job on my nails, and I always leave happy with the results. The salon is clean, professional, and everyone is friendly, welcoming, and provides outstanding customer service.
My only suggestion would be regarding the front reception attire. Since the salon has such a luxurious, upscale feel, a more polished and professional dress code at the front desk would better match the elegant atmosphere and elevate the overall first impression. It's a small detail that would perfectly complement the exceptional service and beautiful environment.
I highly recommend Teddy!! I am new to town and very picky about my nails and was in the market for a new nail tech, Teddy was so patient and kind swatching different acrylic colors until I found the perfect pink nude I was wanting haha. The shape is beautiful and I had a great customer service experience with him as well. Amy was also awesome for painting my French tips. I will definitely be coming here from now on.
