I had an emergency appendectomy recently. The staff was extremely informative at each stage of my stay there. I would like to thank the nurses, techs, housekeepers and food deliveriers. I would mention each of you by name, but of course I can’t remember names. But I do have nicknames for many of you The most dedicated ( I’m sure many worked 14-15 hours and I would see them first thing in morning with a cheery smile. **Emergency Room Center**
This facility couldn’t pass as even an entry-level healthcare training facility.
I trusted this hospital with my wife during an incredibly painful and frightening medical emergency. At approximately 10:00 AM, she experienced a complication involving her birth control device, which could not be fully removed and left her in immense pain and bleeding. The initial hospital determined that she needed a higher level of care and transferred her here specifically for further treatment.

I went to the ER just before midnight and was admitted after a two-hour wait. The nurse seemed upset because they were short-staffed. I didn't see any nurses until the next day when the new shift began. I was left without a blanket and kept shivering. Whenever I called for the night nurse, she wouldn't come. I seriously considered walking out and leaving.
