He takes the time to carefully listen, understand the customer's concerns, and work diligently to find the best possible solution. This personalized approach has been particularly valuable for customers who have struggled with prescriptions from other providers. One reviewer shared a remarkable story of how Ray's attentiveness and problem-solving skills helped resolve their long-standing vision issues. After multiple unsuccessful attempts by other optometrists, Ray suspected the customer's astigmatism was different in each eye. He then custom-built a pair of glasses with multiple lenses to test his hypothesis, ultimately leading to a solution that corrected the customer's vision to 20/20.

The reviews emphasize that Optical Source treats its customers with dignity and respect. The staff is described as going above and beyond, whether it's sourcing a hard-to-find replacement part for a customer's frames or replacing lenses at no additional cost until the perfect prescription is found. Wish we found this place sooner!! Wasted money at Stanton optical! They got my husband's rx totally wrong!! But everyone at Optical Source was super helpful and fixed the rx! So thankful for them! We're definitely recommending these wonderful people and their business! Just went there today for glasses and contacts. The doctor and the ladies up front were AWESOME. They actually cared. If you need to get a new prescription, COME HERE! They will not let you down! Such a friendly, kind and professional staff. I have never had my vision glasses be so clear. I highly recommend this place. It doesn't take long for the appointment either. You pick your glasses and then they call you before 2 weeks. I really loved being able to see everything so clear. I was blown away at how good everything looked and how far I could see without skinting. Best place ever!!!!!
