I bought Microsoft Office from the Clovis NM Office Max and and the code didn't work. It said the product key was "Error Code:TokenStateInactive". I called the store and they said they would NOT refund my money or give me a new one since I had already scratched it off! NO SH*T! How would I know the code was "inactive" and didn't work unless I did that. They refused to do anything and told me to contact Microsoft for a refund! (Like that will EVER happen!) The two people on the phone were complete @**hats to me and were unapologetically rude. The last 4 times I went to office max the staff was rude and unprofessional, my fault though, there are other office supplyStores in Clovis. I will be using them in the future.

Great local clovis spot! I go here for everything. The staff is always super helpful with my weekly laptop needs. Something always ends up happening to my laptop when I bring it back home to the kids, but thankfully the clovis office max staff is always there to let me in before opening to grab me my new laptop. The staff even takes the time to try and figure out what my kids did to break the old laptop, but it's okay you can't fix a stupid kid! That's why I work haha.
