JQ Air & Electric is a reliable and community-oriented business that prioritizes customer service. They offer air conditioning and electrical services, and their expert technicians have extensive experience to handle various issues. The HVAC cooled great over the summer and provides excellent heating. Service was top notch. The tech was professional and very efficient, completing top priority items in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. Customers are extremely satisfied and highly recommend them for quality air conditioning and electrical services.
Noticed my condenser was acting funny on Sunday evening with the fan still turning on, but the compressor wasn’t. Figured it was a capacitor but wanted to be for sure. I called JQ Monday morning, which they were hopeful that they could make it out same day but considering it’s the busiest day of the week for these businesses they weren’t entirely sure. They did put me on their schedule although. One company did tell me they would be able to get me in and later called that they wouldn’t be able to come until Tuesday mid morning. After talking to multiple people to see if anybody had any openings, JQ called me back that they were going to be able to squeeze me in. Needless to say they were in and out in 20 minutes because I had a spare capacitor. Checked voltage and refrigerant and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg either. Great business and great people
