Claiborne Refrigeration has been a blessing for many years to me and my family both in my professionally and personally life. We had a very serious plumbing issue. I called Claiborne today at 2:35pm and they arrived within an hour. Mr. Garrett probed areas that we thought was the sources of the leak , NOT! And he found the true source, repaired it, and mapped out a permanent fix so this will not happen again. He not only cleaned up the areas, but removed and disposed of the water damaged drywall. This company is truly great to work with! They picked up the slack from another company that never completed the job, Claiborne got our HVAC up and running in record speed! Kevin worked with me on some hoops that I had to go through on my end that he was not obligated to do. Being that I no longer live in the area, and doing this long distance, I cannot say how much I appreciate Kenny and the whole staff that I spoke with! Every single person in that office that I spoke with was super nice, courteous, knowledgeable and just wanted to provide the best overall service and experience for me and I'm 100% sure for all of their customers! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

I had some reservations about some plumbing work that Claiborne had done recently. Ended up being able to talk to the owner about it, that’s the kind of service you get with a nice small company like this. The owner was very nice and reasonable over the phone.
