Been going here for over 10 years and haven't had an issue. I get prescription for glasses and contacts. Plan ahead and schedule appointment as much in advance as possible. I'm a cash-pay patient, so I haven't head to deal with insurance.
I have read some of the comments and cannot believe that so many people have had so many bad experiences. He was so polite, knowledgeable, funny and very kind! He made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything to me. I wear glasses, so having an eye exam is not a big deal. This exam though was for me to get contacts for the first time. I'm almost 38, I've been in glasses for over 30 years. He explained everything, and made sure I had all the information I needed. His receptionist was/is absolutely a sweetheart!
