My alarm system said it had a low battery, and I couldn't figure out how to open the motion detector, so I asked A1 Pax if they worked on alarm systems. He said that they didn't, but that he'd come around after work and look at it. He managed to get it open, and replaced the battery, and wouldn't take any payment.

Amazing speed! I called, told them where I was and they showed up in 12 minutes to unlock my truck :-) Hopefully I don't lock my keys in my truck again, but if I do, they will be the ones I call! Also, they were super sweet and professional.

I got two keys made and sadly they didn't work. The manager/owner Mark was very polite, understanding and a great listener. He came right to my home and seen the issue with my keys and had it fixed within 5 mins. Great customer service. I will use them again soon. Remember the name....Mark :) thank u for helping me get the right keys made for my special lock :)
