I really like Dr.Zupfer at Duke City Primary Care. Her quick knowlege-filled mind is amazing and I will be sorry to see her leave the practice. The clinic is always clean and the staff are great.
Absolutely LOVE this place. Front desk is always friendly and welcoming. The patient portal is super easy to use and the response time from Cynthia and Deanna is really great.
Deanna and Cynthia have become like family in a very short amount of time. For the first time, in a long time, I actually feel heard. They take the time to listen. Really listen. The majority of my family members have all switched over to her and we can all agree that anytime we visit her, it feels like coming home.
I have been a patient with DCPC for a while now, and I have to say that every Dr., PCP, RN, MA, and receptionist has been excellent. They are all always so friendly and are easy to work with. In particular I want to thank my primary Care Provider (PCP) Ashley Holguin. She has always provided me with the best patient care and always takes as much as needed to address all of my questions and concerns. She has been excellent when it comes to ordering tests and submitting referrals and imaging requests for me. It is amazing how efficient and easy it is to work with her.
