Very kind , caring & professional staff . The groomer went above and beyond taking her time to clip and file nails that were past due for trimming . Thank you ladies for your amazing work .Tasha you did an Amazing job grooming as well . A++++ Sissy looks great .

They did a great job bathing & de-shedding our 9 year old Lab mix. They took care of her and her bilateral hip dysplasia. They were okay with the fact that Liberty may have to sit or lie down frequently because of her hips. The Parlor did a fantastic job getting her brushed out and the parts of her undercoat in areas that looked all tangled came out smooth, and shiny. When we arrived to pick her up she was lying down in the front area where they do the grooming. Shey got her leash on, and she was excited to see us. This is the best place for dog grooming in Carlsbad! The dogs are happy and the staff is extra special. I’ve been bringing my dogs here for almost 20 years and have never had any complaints whatsoever.
