I got my clothes clean and dried for decent value.
The bad:
I parked my car improperly; but I was asked politely to move my car. The Alberta plates on my car identified me as a clueless tourist, but this Canadian was handled with a warm sense of humour and compassion. Might I suggest painting the parking lot with lines, so the next clueless traveller doesn’t make the same mistake as I did.
The ugly:
Soap dispensers were empty, lots of broken and out of service machines. Fortunately, I was able to buy soap from the customer service desk and didn’t have to wait... read full review

It's a great place and hate that they can not be open 24 hours. BHowever you can't trust that adults are going to conduct themselves like adults and be responsible and respectful. And the teens and kids that roam this town at all hours and going unchecked.... Again adults not being adults. Sorry that you had to suffer loses in Carlsbad locations. I am definitely feeling it's effects death in the family and a flight to pack for in limited time could really use the 24 hours. Thank God for the Loving location.

Clean, reasonable prices and friendly staff. I'm from out of town and the 5th wheel park I live has a laundromat, but I drive 2 miles to use this laundromat. The last visit was a bit of a disappointment because I had to use the bigger machines for my laundry. I know you have to clean machines but 4 hrs before closing time and every smaller size machines are running on cycles w/out any laundry. I tried to wait the 15 mins. left on cycles but it just kept going. Understand about cleaning machines but every one and hrs before closing time. I appreciate clean machines but maybe not run them all at the same time. I'm a loyal customer and like this place. I'll... read full review
