Beyond frustrating to have to hire a lawyer for something that was 100% not my fault, and out of my control. Trying to have to get compensated and plead a case, there is just NO WAY I could have been able to do it on my own, I have known Frank for about 30 years as an team mate from the ol football days, I knew if I went there in the end things would work out, and they did, I ended up getting a more than a fair amount for my accident. Him and Jennifer were patient with me til the end, and I am super appreciative of their efforts to get what was owed to me.
