Of course it was a saturday, snowing and cold out when my sewer line backed up. I am very grateful for Michael's willingness and perseverance to find the plug in the line. He went so far as to rent a large drain auger and was successful! Michael is very organized, knowledgeable and determined. Nothing was left for me to clean, amazing! Love my new toilet too!

I was very impressed that they arrived when they said, analyzed the problem, and were able to fix it the very same day. They cleaned up before they left and put everything back into place.
