He has fixed damaged drywall. redone sofit seals on the roof, repainted our kitchen cabinets, repainted the kitchen, installed a new sink and backsplash, and refinished and painted our diningroom table (seating for 12) and chairs. Misail Lopez Painting does impeccable work. My place was absolutely inhabitable. His skill in texturing and painting is an art. He takes his time to explain orange peel vs. knockdown. I choose knockdown texture, what a difference! The walls are flawless! The trim around the windows are picture frame perfect. He took the time to work on each window, they all match. Misail is a genius. Misail also did the trim (base boards), again he brings his expertise to the table. Misail also painted the exterior of the home, he took the time to power wash, and prime before he applied the paint. He goes above and beyond his work.My inhabitable house is now a home. Misael is very good at what he does. His work is simply outstanding. He does not overlook small details like others. He does just the right thing how and where it needs to be done. If he finds defects in the course of performing the work that weren't apparent to anyone at the outset of the project, he fixes the problem instead of just painting over it. He is always straight-forward and discusses prices before he does the work. Even when something unexpected comes up, he lets you know up front so you can decide how to address it.
