The service here is inconsistent. You can bring your clothes for straightforward, easy laundering. DO NOT bring alterations and avoid bringing anything that requires special care. I have had three alterations gone bad and 1 item that some a couple of pearl irnamentations that broke pff and are not repairable. Just notvreliable or consistently professional. Srafd seems helpful; just nog sure what happens behind the scene. Looking elsewhere.Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

We have used this cleaner in the past, with great results. However, this weekend we dropped a couple of throws off to be cleaned. The woman working on Saturday morning took the throws and quoted us a price of 53.00 dollars, which we happily prepaid. Monday, we recieved a phone call from the establishment. We were informed that we needed to pay additional money because the clerk had quoted us the wrong price. Although, we were offered a reimbursement, we do not feel that this is good customer service to call and ask for additional fees on an already agreed upon price. I seen bad reviews. But I had 7 dress shirts pressed extra starch .4 pairs of jeans creased w Extra starch happy with the 1 day dry cleaning . They got my stamp .. I will go back again .
