Everything that the one star reviewers here have said is true - not sure where the fake five stars are coming from. Funny how it’s either 5 stars or 1 star - nothing in between. She never did give my husband his contact prescription after two appointments (over $500) and nearly 4 hours! Scammers. Cheats. Manipulators. Fraud. She should be sued - I see many of us here have had the same issues. Attorney General of New Mexico can you look into this?!?!
‼WARNING DO NOT COME HERE‼ I guess we can start with the obvious, THIS PLACE IS A PYRAMID SCHEME. The dr charged me for god knows what and i didnt even know till i called the store asking them for these drops the dr gave me. The dr TOLD ME the drops came with the contacts but when i called that wasnt the case. The dr CHARGED me for the drops but she never mentioned that. The EYE DOCTOR also told me i was overweight and i needed to take these "vitamins " that they sell!! The dr stated that these $300 "vitamins" were going to make me healthy. After that, i knew this place was a f****** joke. foremost, the dr ONLY cares about your appearance and what you are wearing. THE DR will make you feel so uncomfortable with how much SHE WILL talk about what YOU are wearing brands, colors, etc. I thought i was going in to PICK up but little did i know the b**** (the dr) had a WHOLE lecture for me on why i shouldn't wear the brand nike. Every morning when i put in these s***** contacts i am reminded of this s***** doctor. Please, if you can go to ANYOTHER eye doctor i would highly recommend you do.
Oh, where to begin? First off, the staff is often grumpy and you have to pester them relentlessly to help you. Second, the whole, “stick your hands on this Scientology looking device and we’ll evaluate your general health” thing was a HUGE turnoff. I am extremely healthy (fit, balanced diet, regular intense exercise, daily vitamins, etc.) but their fancy sci-fi hand reading machine said I was in POOR health. LOL! Leave the general health stuff to the physicians and stick to optometry yeah? Third, Dr. Casaus asked what I do for work, I said hydrology. She then ranted about all the things they put in our water to keep us dumb, looking towards me for confirmation....read full review
