The clinic is staffed with a lot of very nice and welcoming people, very efficient in keeping me posted of any delays and stages of all procedures. The Vets I interacted with explained the different tests, lab work, and the results, the options for treatment and and possible effects. Everyone treated me and my pets with care and compassion. Especially when having to make difficult decisions. I'm very happy with the services provided a I'm very confident that my furbabies will be in good hands.
I called several places looking for a veterinarian that was taking new patients. I was so happy to be able to get my dog in for a visit at this location. The veterinarian and all of the staff were very friendly and informative. My Jack Russell who is usually very nervous was calm and relaxed!
I have 3 differently breed of dogs, 2 seniors and a two year old dog and I'm pleased with the care and attention the doctor snd staff provide. I would recommend Bernalillo Pet Care Center.
