Dr. Mack has years of experience. She was able to diagnose what was wrong with my dog without expensive testing, unlike the expensive emergency vet I had visited 3 days earlier whose young veterinarian, who was nice and compassionate, couldn't diagnose without the expensive blood work, which I declined.
We have had a consistently wonderful experience with Valencia Animal Clinic. They are always patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every time I bring my dogs in, they take the time to explain things clearly and make sure I feel comfortable with the care plan. It’s obvious they truly care about the well‑being of the animals they treat. The staff is equally friendly and professional, creating a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. Appointments run smoothly, communication is excellent, and my pet is always treated with kindness and respect.
Family friendly animal clinic. I called these guys and one other and left a message with the other and they never got back to me. I was able to get an appointment for my cat relatively quickly which was great because my cat has to have special food which requires a prescription. They were friendly and helpful and I look forward to future visits.
