Lenords service person made time for my situation, no heat for 3 days. He reviewed the system and found a wire disconnect. He reconnected the wire and the system put heat out again.Thankfully all is well again.

Leonard’s 24 hour Service, LLC is the most professional plumbing, heating & cooling service that I have ever used. I have used them before. Unfortunately, with my home warranty, I was forced to have another company work on my furnace. They were the most rude and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They even used bad language while referring to customers and while working on my furnace which is not acceptable in my home. Four people came and none of them identified themselves including the owner. His name is not even on his business card. My heater worked for two days and then stopped. Very happy with Leonard’s! Im pretty handy and was unable to diagnose the issue myself. I had another company come out and were unable to get my furnace working either. Leonard was able to diagnose and repair in about an hour and at a fraction of the price of the other company. Highly recommend!
