i called them because my electricity went out in almost all of my house but my kitchen, they came out and fixed it at no cost because it was a small problem with my breaker box. will be using them again no matter what it costs. their services were fast and efficient

I'm an out of state tradesman, and recently inherited a property from my late grandfather that needed some work. Due to time and equipment restraints from living out of state, I hired Jade Energy to run a new service line from my meter to the interior of the building, and setup a new panel to replace the existing one.Brad came out for the estimate, and was understanding of the scope of work I was requesting. He even provided a much more streamline solution to run the service line then I orginally thought of.We did have a communication snag between Brad and one of thier onsite electricians. This company is amazing! My son had this company come out and assess the electrical problems so desperately needed. I was so nervous thinking that they could not fix the problem and if they could it would be extremely costly. Brad calmed me down with his amazing disposition and reassured me everything would be okay! Next thing I know my son approved the work to be started asap! Brad, David and Cody got to work immediately and made it happen! These amazing men knew their stuff! Now I feel safe and worry free!. I highly recommend this company and their amazing crew!
