The Critter Care team is absolutely amazing! I let them know ahead of time that we may have a problem with my dog because he's not used to leashes or strangers touching him so they gave me a pill to give him before the appointment. He was still giving me a hard time so I thought they were going to have to muzzle him but all stress was lifted once the team entered the room. They took the time to love on him until he felt comfortable and he actually became good friends with them! I highly recommend Critter Care, you can trust them to take exceptional care of all your fur babies 🩷

Ive only been in 2 times once with my new puppy for parvo vaccines and checkup. I had some concerns regarding my puppy. So i was a bit disappointed when i found out vet wasn't there. I feel like they should have called and let people know and give option of rescheduling. However they were still able to give vaccination and reschedule me to see vet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The second time was following day to take sample in to check for parasites. They did test while I waited and provided necessary medication. I appreciated how quick I was in and out.

I've been bringing my fur babies to Critter Care for over 5 years, and I’m consistently impressed by the level of care and attention they provide. Stephanie, in particular, is wonderful, her compassion and dedication shine through in every visit.
