They were very timely, respectful, and knowledgeable about my cat Rodrick and what might be wrong with him. The two ladies who helped us were very nice and gentle with our cat as well. We were given the right meds and told to come back if nothing changed over the next few days. There was no unnecessary pressure for treatments not needed at this time, which we found very trustworthy of them.
Genuinely one of the best experiences. I’m from Carlsbad and the vets here are always full 2 months ahead. Plus I’ve had awful experiences at home. But the Critter Care team is so kind and compassionate, the Dr. is the best, my cat Freddie hates strangers and being touched but he loves her! Thank you for your help!
