Joe is the BEST! HIGHLY RECCOMEND! I told him what I wanted, my husband gave his ideas and then Joe made it happen! Well designed, well built, clean and professionally finished! Joe & his team at Tip Top SF are a needle in a haystack. They are honest, fairly priced, punctual, respectful, and do amazing yard/landscape work! They really pay attention to detail & don't leave until the place is put back together neatly. I've had some trees & grasses trimmed so far, but I plan to use them for all my landscaping needs in the future.
