Cedarfit has been instrumental in helping me do things outside of my comfort zone. In the past 8 months that I have been attending Cedarfit my strength and confidence have improved immensely. The trainers make sure we are doing the exercises correctly and that we continue to challenge ourselves. I have improved my Blood Pressure level and my overall Cholesterol level has dropped by 30 points. These were two of my goals that I set when I first signed up for Cedarfit. This place is the REAL DEAL.

I have been at Cedar Fit for going on 9 months now and Im never sorry I made the change. I love that the workouts are only 45 minutes out of my day, yet give me a better workout than I ever got at my old gym. The trainers are so knowledgeable and ensure safety first and foremost! They are encouraging yet they push you out of your comfort zone. I feel stronger, healthier, and I am slowly losing weight. If you're looking for a major fitness change, this is the place you want to be. Every kind of body, every kind of personality, a wide variety of ability all working out together under the instruction and supervision of truly qualified trainers. Got an injury, no problem, every workout is modified to your needs with no judgement. Everyone wants to see everyone succeed in their goals at this gym. It's group training and group encouragement. Pretty great.
