First let me say - I've not needed glasses for 10 years due to Lasik correction - until now as the "40s eyes" are setting in at near 50. After having visited 4 locations in St Johns, and not really knowing exactly what I wanted (nor needed, prescription in hand), this location on Kenmount Road had THE absolute best staff and a bigger-than-expected selection of frames! The customer service offered by Sarah (I think I got the name correct) far exceeded what I expected, as she took the time to listen to my thoughts on what I wanted, and offered input and suggestions to make the entire experience seamless and personalized. I visited Vogue today on Kenmount to repurchase a pair of glasses I previously bought there but lost at the cabin over the weekend. I had the BEST customer service experience I've had in a long time.
The woman who helped me managed to track down the exact pair of glasses I'd lost (even though they were discontinued!) by calling multiple locations across Canada to find leftover stock. She also made the process of trying on new glasses (as it's buy one get one free) during covid super easy and safe. I feel bad I didn't catch her name, but thank you! ?
