Been going since I was kid. Always great staff.
I visited Vogue today on Kenmount to repurchase a pair of glasses I previously bought there but lost at the cabin over the weekend. I had the BEST customer service experience I've had in a long time. The woman who helped me managed to track down the exact pair of glasses I'd lost (even though they were discontinued!) by calling multiple locations across Canada to find leftover stock. She also made the process of trying on new glasses (as it's buy one get one free) during covid super easy and safe. I feel bad I didn't catch her name, but thank you! 😊
