Overall the staff made my visit very comfortable and easy. Michael swooped in for my rescue on the floor. He took me around to view the exact products I was looking for - and then some!On cash was Sam. She made my checkout great! Complimented my items, ensured I was able to receive an incentive with points!Two very friendly faces that made my experience a whole lot better!

Love shopping for makeup here how ever it’s a little annoying having multiple different employees coming up to you asking if you need help every 5-10 minutes, it’s a bit overwhelming. One employee and once is enough to get the point that you’re there to help if I need it .

Go to this store whenever I'm in the Mall. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help. I just wish that they had a way to see if a brand is cruelty free. Probably a head office issue since they dictate how brands are displayed.
