Today I had great service!! I sent a message online to the Topsail Rd location requesting a quote on replacing my iPhone ear speaker and Carl replied quickly. He was not on site and couldn’t guarantee his technician could fix it for me today BUT encouraged me to connect with his team. I went to the store at 3:30 to ask and the staff were excellent! The technician said he would get it done for me before he left at 5pm. I was home before 5:30 with my iPhone working perfectly!! I spent 36 years in retail, today was a treat to have such great customer-focused service. Friendly, helpful and quick service. Super Impressed! Thank you 🙏
