Nails Time is a popular nail salon known for its great customer service and skilled staff. The salon offers a wide selection of nail designs and colors, providing beautiful results for its clients. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, with fast and friendly service. Customers often find the staff to be very kind and professional, and they appreciate the extra care taken during their visits.
One thing to note is that the pricing for additional services, such as shape and color accent nails, may not be transparent upfront and could result in a higher final cost. It's recommended to be prepared for this possibility to avoid unexpected expenses.
Despite this, customers generally express satisfaction with their experiences and recommend Nails Time for quality nail services. Many customers return every few weeks, highlighting the amazing service and quality work received. The salon accommodates walk-ins, making it a convenient option for those without appointments. Cleanliness is also a strong point, as the salon is described as very clean and tidy. Overall, Nails Time continues to be a favored choice for nail care.
Me and my friend had a fantastic experience at Nails Time on Ropewalk. We were able to get a same day appointment, and had exceptional service. There was a bit of a wait, but that’s to be expected with a same day appointment.
Stella and Sandy were amazing, quick, and did beautiful designs from a reference photo we provided.
During my time there, there was a customer who was incredibly rude and aggressive. The situation was handled with care, despite the outrageous and rude claims. Be mindful of reading reviews, and note that sometimes a bad experience might actually be due to the customer.
Will be coming back here for sure!

Nails time Ropewalk Lane is my go to place for a quality pedicure. I have always had luck both making appointments and with trying a walk in. Service is friendly, chairs are comfortable, and the establishment is hygienic and clean.
