I had the most amazing experience at Skin City! I was a first timer and after much research, specifically chose Chelsea Whidden for her fine lines and floral portfolio. I totally expected to have to make changes to the design, simply because I’m so picky; but upon arrival and after seeing the design there wasn’t one thing I would change about it! It was exactly as I envisioned and more! I HIGHLY recommend Chelsea and Skin City. This girl has CRAZY talent! Professional, kind, particular and overall excellent service. I’m already planning my next one. If you are looking for delicate, airy, dainty lines and florals (or anything for that matter) Chelsea is the artist for you! It was worth my drive from central 1000 x’s over!
