We had an excellent experience yesterday with Elaine at Hayward’s Interiors. She was incredibly knowledgeable — a true wealth of information — and helped us understand the differences in quality, materials, and construction without any pressure.
Before visiting Hayward’s, we shopped around at several big box stores, and we were surprised to find that even though their furniture was noticeably lower quality, the prices were actually higher. Hayward’s offered far better quality at a better price, which made our decision easy.

We just purchased some new stools for our kitchen. We visited the showroom and saw some stools as well as lovely tables, sofas and fine looking stuff. We decided on a model and headed home for the day. When we got the stools in place we realized they were too small. A quick call to Hayward's and later that day (yes ...same day !) we had a delivery of four stools and a pick up of the old stools. You can't get better service than that. 'Already looking forward to my next visit there.
