As a long time satisfied customer of Hayward Interiors I'm compelled to share a recent experience. We purchased a beautiful mirror there a number of years ago. Due to the way it was hung ( by us not Hayward's ) the back attachment broke away. After speaking with Elaine about what had happened she without question offered to take the mirror back . It was repaired and returned within a couple of days without charge! In these days of online ordering I know without a doubt you will not receive the personalized kindness, customer service and quality that Hayward Interiors provides. They go above and beyond!
