This past week, I had a family ring whose stone had broken while we were cleaning it and needed to be replaced. It was a massive rush as it was for a funeral service later that day and the next. When I brought it to the Goldsmith, they were super busy trying to complete all their current repairs, as Melvin had a trip coming up and didn't have time to look at our ring. Beverly's mother had passed down her ring, and upon hearing our story and learning how important it was to us as Beverly was burying her mother, the Melvin took the ring in and repaired it right away. This was a huge act of kindness and compassion. It meant he would have to work several extra hours to catch up on their other clients. But the kindness of making us a priority in that moment of grief says all you need to know about him and his company. We were treated with great care and compassion, which is rare in many companies. I would highly recommend the Goldsmith. They treated us like family, and we are so grateful.

I just recently got engaged and my ring was too big. I was in town from Bonavista for an appointment, and someone had mentioned The Goldsmith might be able to assist me with getting my ring sized. They went above and beyond to get it done for me before I left to go home that evening. Having worked 17 years in customer service, I know it is not always an easy job. But The Goldsmith truly went out of the way to make this happen for me today. Absolutely amazing service. From the bottom of my heart thank you.

I had a white gold and diamond earring (after losing the other one of the pair) with sentimental value that I wanted turned into a little ring. The Goldsmith Jewellery exceeded my expectations and had it ready in no time! Wonderful staff and craftsmanship. 10/10
