On July 23 I had my vehicle in for a full muffler system replacement. I dealt with Brian, the manager, who estimated the job would be finished in three hours, which it was right on time. The work was done by Shane, and after I asked, he showed me the work that was done.
I was very pleased with the work, and the time estimates. Both Brian and Shane were easy to talk to and made sure I was informed along the way, as Brian had to order a special pipe from outside the province the previous week. I would highly recommend this location and would return for more work if required.
Had the exhaust on my vehicle check. Told me it was the baffles and that it was probably under warranty with the dealer!! And didn’t charge for the diagnosis!! Wow finally a honest car shop! I will be going back there for all my vehicle problems going forward. Thank you Jason
My corolla’s exhaust cracked and fell. Reached out to freshwater auto 5 min before closing and they welcomed us. Dropped the car and the next morning got a call from them. They presented two options for the repair. I chose one and in a few more hours car was fixed. Extremely satisfied with the service of freshwater auto and the lady at the reception is very professional.
