Dr. Ramjatten, has got a lot on his plate, he isn't just a great Dr. But he also owns business, and among others I do believe that he is a Landlord of personal properties. This may delay starting his Medical Practice a couple hours later than the 9:30AM scheduled opening time.
However the office never fails to open at an 11:30AM Time. perhaps you have an appointment which you can do over the phone, and if your on the phone list, you can expect a personal call from the Dr. Himself, if however you rather not wait for your call, you can start calling the office at 11:30AM from one of two numbers
