Vlad and his team (Viktor and Oleg) did an outstanding renovation job at our place. From start to finish, they were exceptionally courteous and professional. We were kept informed every step of the way about any issues that arose in our quirky old house, and they always offered practical solutions which were implemented promptly and efficiently. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Vlad and his team to anyone considering a renovation.

Called dese guys because a piece of siding fell off. The lads came and inspected it, found the reason: all the boards the siding was attached to had rotted through, and that’s why in the last storm a couple of clapboards got blown off.
They removed the rotten clapboards, put in new OSB, covered it with Tyvek, and even replaced the exterior wall insulation.
Overall, they did a great job.

We recently hired Dehterov Services Renovation & Design for a full bathroom renovation, and choosing Vladyslav Dehterov was hands down the best decision we made during this project.

We spent a long time speaking with different contractors before starting. Many of them proposed questionable solutions, inflated scopes of work, or unnecessary replacements — the kind of things that sound “serious” but don’t actually add value. Vladyslav was completely different. He calmly explained what truly needed to be done, what was safe to keep, and where money could be spent more wisely without compromising quality or safety.
