Max Sullivan is a complete professional. I called him in a rush to get a survey done as I was tired of waiting on other survey firms. Not only did he explain all the rules and know who done my property 15 years before, simply from his experience, but he showed up a few hours later to complete the survey as requested! All I can say is wow...and thank you!! I waited so long for others when it only took a call and a few hours for Max! I definitely recommend Max and will be using him for future surveys and/or real property reports.

I started dealing With both Max Sullivan and his son Jason early summer of 2018. I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethics they both had!!We were in a jam at the beginning trying to buy a piece of land to build our new home but the two of them worked endlessly to see the project to its end ! AND went over and above to make sure we received what we needed to move forward.A BIG shoot out goes the Max Sullivan's Survey.
