My kids and I had such a great experience at Critters N’ Things! First of all, we were charmed by the fact that all the adoptable pets had their own name. Their enclosures were sizable and clean; they had adequate food, water, and enrichment. We were there on two occasions, last Friday (July 11th) and again this Wednesday (July 16th). On Friday we were helped by Aislinn; she spoke to us at length, answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and gave us fantastic advice on hamsters. We really appreciated it! Because of her help, we returned again the following Wednesday to adopt two hamsters. At this time, we were helped by Ashley. Ashley was patient with us as we chose the hamsters we wanted, went over all the information and adoption process thoroughly with us, and was just overall friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of a drive for us to get there but we will be back. Thanks for all your help!
All the staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They are great at their work. Also, There’s nothing I need that I can’t get there. We live an hour away but I will always drive the distance.
Amy and I just finished basic training with Mark and Julia. Mark has alot of knowledge in dog training and he helped build the confidence I needed to train my little fur baby. I could have gone on YouTube and tried to follow the videos but by attending Mark's classes he was there to guide and offer encouragement when needed. Thank you both so very much!
