Had come in to clean the carpet at my place, the areas that they did turned out decent but there had been one or two spots that I had specifically asked to be done that were not touched. My cats had used one of those areas as recently as the night before they were supposed to come in. They had been about sn hour and a half late showing up as they said there had been a scheduling mix up which I was ok with but they had not told me they had not gotten that one specific spot until I had called them and said that it still smells strongly of urine in that area, to which I was told they couldn't reach it.
