Dawe's Mechanical is my first choice for plumbing and heating issues and I have always been highly satisfied with their great customer service, quality of work, and promptness. Today, I urgently needed a hot water tank replaced and amazingly they were here within an hour after my initial call. Thank you so very much. Could not find a piece I needed for a double walled stovepipe anywhere, or any information on the part I needed for that matter so brought it down to Dawes on 26/01/23. Rodney and the bies were extremely friendly and helpful. They set me up with the part I needed, did a little repair on my pipe free of charge and explained to me how to install it. I was really impressed! I had been to Kent and Home Hardware previously with no luck. If you're looking for stovepipe parts, Kent has lots of parts but they are randomly scattered all over the Heating isle shelves, boxes opened and picked apart, no labels and no prices on anything. Gerry Pumphrey and a young fellow Noah came to help with my furnace, I just moved into Gander and the furnace was not working properly. They came the same day I called, because my mom is 89 and couldn't take the cold. They worked well above and beyond the call of duty. They were both plight and friendly and didn't stop trying until they had it working. I would definitely tell anyone in need of help from this company you guys are the best. Thank you very much.
