I was shopping for heat pumps, and Crosstown made it so easy. I got a quote almost immediately, friendly, courteous service from the office once booked, letting me know exactly when they'd arrive etc. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and extremely pleasant to deal with. The heat pumps themselves have been great, and I'll recommend Crosstown to anyone. 5 stars. Thank you

Matthew and his team just replaced an oil furnace for me with a Thermo2000 electric boiler system and did a great job. I had called a few companies in the area and Matthew was the most responsive with respect to communication which was the primary reason I decided to go with him. He even checked in the morning after the installation to make sure everything was good. I wouldn’t have any hesitation recommending Crosstown HVAC to anyone looking to address their home heating needs. I am planning on looking at mini-split options in the near future as well and I have already reached out to Matthew to start figuring out the best option for that.
