The staff is a solid 15/10 with their knowledge and friendliness. I brought a ring to be resized that wasn't one of their products and they sent it away without hesitation. The turnaround time was quick. It fits like a dream. I will definitely be returning as a customer.
The girls are all very helpful and pleasant, they know my styles now and always let me know of any new promotions. They are also great tracking down something I love if they do not have it. It is always a pleasure and can't imagine shopping at another jewelry store, their customer service is like none other.
Wonderful service and customer friendly! Bought my wedding rings here and it was done with so much ease and relaxing setting.Patricia Whitehorne was my sales rep she answered all my questions and made the sale go so well . I would recommend Everyone to shop at Bogarts In Corner Brook !!
