The lady that did my taxes was awesome but the fact is that they didn’t even call you to let you know that they couldn’t do cash back. Calls today to see if it’s up and running no but it will be shortly it’s updating but stop by later. Stops by later can’t give me my cheque come back tomorrow to pick it up. I lost half a day of work yesterday and another half a day today and now again to come back and get it. I don’t live close by. I live over 2 hours away. Very Bad customer service.

This H&R Block is the best one I have ever been to in all of Canada! The 3 ladies that work there are the sweetest kindest funniest people ever, they always make their clients feel like friends and not just a job! I would highly recommend this place of business to everyone!!!!
