Very professional. They were the best of the 3 dealers I went to by far. By a long shot. Ontop of giving me every chance to understand what I was getting myself into. They were sincere and honest. I had a very enjoyable experience dealing with western Toyota and I’ll personally be staying with them for as long as I can.
