I recently experienced excellent customer service at the Riverside Drive store . I purchased a patio door and after delivery realized the door had the wrong opening , which was by my mistake. I called the store , spoke with Jimmy who solved my issue immediately and a replacement door was delivered that same day . Impressive customer service and great staff both in store and on the delivery side! Thank you !

We bought a kitchen range and when we got home, unboxed and opened the oven door, it was scraping the both sides at the bottom. We called back and they advised us to bring it back. The return process took a maximum of 5 minutes. Great service!!!

Best place in town for building materials, period. Best selection, best price, best service. If I'm looking for something and they're closed I'll wait until they're open again rather than going elsewhere.
